Llano ISD's TIA Handbook

Llano ISD is dedicated to making a Teacher Incentive Allotment Handbook that is transparent, collaborative, and understood by all stakeholders.  Throughout the course of its development, the district will seek the input of teachers, administrators, community members, and district leaders.  Llano ISD's Draft TIA Handbook is based on stakeholder input and feedback, and can be reviewed below.

 

Llano ISD is a part of TIA Cohort D, and plans to participate in TIA based on teacher effectiveness data captures during the 2021-2022 school year.  A timeline and overview of this process can be found by reviewing TEA's Cohort Next Steps and Timelines documents.
